In the quiet, farthest reaching parts of Scotland; authentic, skillful, energetic Celtic music has been passed down from generation to generation. The band Heron Valley captures the iconic sounds of the bothies, village halls and kitchen ceilidhs that the members grew up in and around. On Wednesday, Aug. 27, the Heron Valley band arrives in Maine to perform at the historic Opera House in Boothbay Harbor.
