A newly minted graduate of Tufts University’s Museum Studies program has taken the helm of Haverhill’s Buttonwoods Museum. Anna Richards, 31, succeeds Jan Williams, who recently retired after 18 years with the Haverhill Historical Society’s museum. A native of Richmond, Va., Richards told WHAV she fell in love with museums and museum management as a
