The Peoria Riverfront Museum is set to unveil the “Promise of Liberty” exhibit, featuring 250 of the most important historical documents in the country, including the Declaration of Independence, Martin Luther King Jr.’s “I Have a Dream” speech, and the Emancipation Proclamation.
