New museum dedicated to Black aviators opens at Florida Memorial University

The museum is an ode to Black aviation pioneers from the first Black woman to earn a pilot’s license, Bessie Coleman, to Miami’s own Barrington Irving, the first Jamaican-American to fly solo around the world.
