With a vision that turned crumbling walls into works of art, a team of Kennesaw State University architecture students reimagined an old Italian villa and earned international recognition along the way. Gabriela Almeida, Wade Brock, Quincy Smith, and Justin Barkie \u2013 all students in Kennesaw State’s College of Architecture and Construction Management \u2013 spent their summer transforming the ruins of history into a story of renewal. Their project, \u201cWhen Walls Roam,\u201d won the Community\u2019s Choice Award in Terraviva Competitions\u2019 Venetian Villa challenge, gaining praise from viewers worldwide.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
