* The project was developed based on the investor\u2019s requirements and the surrounding context. The site is located next to the Serepok River, within the vicinity of residential areas of the indigenous Ede, M\u2019nong, and Jrai communities, which existed before the arrival of migrant groups. The terrain slopes toward the river, creating a hillside topography; the land also contains groundwater veins and natural vegetation. The architectural solution was established on the principle of respecting the existing natural context. New construction components were planned and clearly defined before implementation to protect the natural elements of the site as much as possible. . . . .<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
